By downloading, installing, or using "Pasha Pasha" (hereinafter "the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Pasha Pasha is a photography and scrapbook video creation application. We provide tools to capture photos, apply layouts and filters, and generate slideshow videos.

3. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

The App offers an "Ad-Free Premium" subscription to remove advertisements and enhance performance.

• Billing: Subscriptions are purchased through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account. Payments will be charged at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Cancellation: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions at any time through your App Store or Play Store Account Settings.
• Refunds: All refund requests are handled directly by the respective platform store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) in accordance with their refund policies.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the App for any illegal purposes or to violate any laws in your jurisdiction. You must not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, modify, or decompile the App or any part of it.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the App's operation, reliability, or completeness.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the developer of the App be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the App.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
